Duties and Responsibilities

The Laundry Worker will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assisting with stocktaking and sorting of condemned linen.
Monitoring ward stock levels in laundry rooms and replenishing when necessary.
Changing curtains in wards and units.
Cleaning laundry areas and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
Supporting the use and maintenance of laundry equipment and machines.
Performing other duties delegated by the supervisor.
