Key Duties and Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Service

• Prepare, dish up, and serve food for both normal and therapeutic patients.
• Participate in all food production processes to ensure proper nutrition.
• Follow operational protocols for food safety and hygiene.

Cleaning and Hygiene Management

• Wash crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans used in the unit.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, drains, and grids.
• Take out dustbins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Clean and organize fridges, freezers, and storage areas.

Operational Support

• Work in any assigned area, including night shifts, according to rotation schedules.
• Adhere to human resources regulations and the Code of Ethics in the Public Service.
• Correlate duties to support nutritional care for patients and hospital clients.
