Duties
As a Human Resource Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing HR administration practices across the hospital
- Managing recruitment and selection processes, including advertisements, interviews, and suitability checks
- Administering conditions of service such as leave, housing, medical surveillance, injury on duty, long-service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, and allowances
- Assisting with incapacity leave and ill-health retirement procedures (PILIR)
- Handling rank and grade progression translation
- Supporting Performance Management Development System (PMDS) processes
- Processing terminations and addressing HR administration inquiries
- Responding to internal and external client enquiries professionally and promptly
